Welcome to the Shaolin Kempo Training Center

Thank You for visiting our Web site. Students study various arts at the Shaolin Kempo Training Center. These are focused through the arts of Shaolin and Kosho Ryu Kempo. Jiu-Jitsu, Kung-Fu, ground fighting, and other arts are studied as well.

Classes are offered for children and adults of all ability levels. There are also classes for females only. Ranking is offered in both Kosho Ryu and Shaolin Kempo. At the Shaolin Kempo Training Center we pride ourselves on being more than just a belt factory. This means students do not quickly go through the rank system, but can only achieve higher ranks through mastery and hard work. Here, the arts and your personal growth are far more important than the color of your belt.

The head instructor at the Dojo is Sensei Steven Bonk. He is a third degree black belt studying under Shihan John Evans and Hanshi Bruce Juchnik. Sensei Bonk has over 11 years of experience teaching Children and adults mixed martial arts.

News and Events

Seminar with Jeff Driscol

Jeff Driscol will be coming to Orange to teach a seminar on Japanese Swordsmanship through the art of Muso Jikiden Eishin Ryu Iaijutsu. This seminar will focus on giving students and instructors the groundwork to start their own Iaijutsu programs. This will take place at the Orange Town Hall, August 23rd, 11AM - 5 PM.
